We’re looking for an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil/Site Development Group in Austin, Texas. This team provides site design and construction documents for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential developments—including mixed-use, office, retail, multi- and single-family residential, warehouse/distribution, medical, and recreational facilities.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer, you’ll:

• Assist in the design and preparation of site engineering plans including site layouts, grading, storm drainage, water, utility, street and sanitary sewer design, and erosion control.
• Support coordination with project teams, utility providers, contractors, and permitting authorities.
• Perform design tasks under the direction of senior engineers.
• Prepare construction drawings and permit submittals.
• Assist with the collection and analysis of field data.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports.

What You Bring

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience; prior internships in land/site development are a plus.
• Ability to work on fast-paced projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and on a team.
